Fresh is always better! Go for fresh fruits and vegetables wherever possible. Fresh fruit is always jam packed full of fiber, something that takes longer to digest in your system and therefore can keep you feeling fuller for much longer. Also, if possible, make your own fruit juice at home rather than drinking the processed brand name types. Fresh fruit juices contain only natural sugars and sweeteners that are much better for you than those found in the artificially fast weight loss sweetened fruit juices you may see on supermarket shelves. Finally, remember to exercise. Experts believe that 30-60 minutes of exercise, a day is necessary to stay healthy but this doesn’t mean you need to spend an hour each day lifting weights. Something as simple as walking to work (if possible) can constitute exercise and is perfect to compliment your fast weight loss. If you have a pet for example, take longer walks with them! They’ll benefit from it just as much as you and you’ll be doing both you and your pet a favor!
