The National Skills Academy for Hospitality is a major strand in the hospitality industry’s National Skills Strategy.  It has been endorsed by industry and government and will play a key role in raising productivity across the sector and to develop new and unique, cutting edge training environments.

The National Skills Academy for Hospitality will play an essential role in developing the staff our sector needs. It will raise standards across the board, offer accelerated learning programmes and be a unique test ground to hot house new ideas and innovative approaches to learning.

It will set standards of excellence and increase the pool of qualified people needed to deliver world class customer service experiences for the 2012 Olympic Games and beyond.
