Train to Gain is the national skills service that support employers of all sizes and in all sectors to improve the skills of employees as a route to improving business performance.  The service offers skills advice on everything from basic skills through to leadership and management training and attaining Investors in People.  Because different sized businesses face different challenges, the help received reflects the needs of the business.

The Train to Gain Brokerage Service is a free of charge service that offers all employers across the North West of England the opportunity to review their training needs and develop their business through the skills of their staff. The Train to Gain service is delivered by a team of Business Link Northwest accredited Skills Brokers and is funded by the Learning and Skills Council.
